Dear JETAADC Community,
As many of you may have heard, Taylor Anderson (Miyagi-ken), has passed away as a result of the tragic events on March 11.
A Richmond area native, Taylor left for Japan from Washington, D.C. She was a wonderful, giving person, who touched many lives in her school and community in Ishinomaki City while on JET. We would like to extend our deepest condolences to Taylor’s family and friends during this difficult time.
We will continue to monitor the situation and find an appropriate way for JETAADC to convey our sympathies to her loved ones.
