JETAADC Events Calendar

Looking for new resources to stay motivated with your Japanese studies? Join us for a coaching session designed to help you study smarter and connect with other learners along the way!

These coaching sessions are run every quarter and are geared toward advanced beginner and intermediate learners who are studying independently and want realistic strategies they can put to use right away.

Each 90-minute virtual session includes a presentation from each of our coaches, plus dedicated time for Q&A and personalized guidance based on the goals you share during registration and the session. Chris and Daniel are incredible resources and their passion and dedication shine at these coaching sessions.

Registration also includes access to our Nihongo Network Discord server, where you can continue the conversation, ask questions, share study resources, and connect with fellow learners between sessions. We hope you'll join us and continue building your Japanese skills along the way!

It’s inevitable. JETs get together, they start talking about how much they love and miss Japan, and sooner or later someone says “Wouldn’t it be great to have a place in Japan?”
It feels so far-fetched and impossible. But what if it wasn’t? What if you had someone- a fellow JET even!- to walk you through what this really looks like? This webinar is about the distance between that dream and your very own genkan, delivered to you on a silver platter from an expert in our very own JET community.

Where Can an MBA in Japan Take You?
GLOBIS University MBA Info Session for Current JETs & JET Alumni

Thinking about what comes after JET? Or considering returning to Japan for the next stage of your career?

Join GLOBIS University and USJETAA for a free online information session for current JET participants and alumni interested in pursuing an MBA and planning their career in Japan.

The session will focus on the GLOBIS 1-year Full-time MBA, an English program taught in-person at our Tokyo campus that offers student visa sponsorship for eligible international students. We'll introduce the MBA experience, admissions process, student life, career support, and a special GLOBIS Scholarship opportunity covering up to 50% of the MBA tuition.

We’ll also briefly introduce flexible study options with GLOBIS, such as our Part-time and Online MBA, Pre-MBA, and nano-MBA programs. These are perfect if you want to continue working while you learn, try out a few MBA courses before diving into a full degree, or start building your business skills online while you finish your JET contract or live abroad.
