JETAADC is beginning a new campaign to increase your Japanese enjoyment in the Washington area. For some of our social events, this means a bit of a name change. Therefore, ‘Happy Hours’ will be replaced by the more professional ‘Networking Event’. Really, there’s no change in content, and while we’ll still be happy, we hope that JET alum will use these hours to (re)connect and converse. (Also, telling people you have to attend a networking event might even get you out of work earlier.) We plan to hold these events during the first week of every month, so mark your calendars now.
For the first event, please join us at Bar Louie on May 4th from 6-8pm. Specials include 1/2 price appetizers, $3 drafts, $5 house wine, and $7 specialty martinis and run until 7pm.
