On April 23, JET alumni in the DMV were excited to celebrate Washington, DC’s Japanese culture and see star Japanese player Otani Shohei in action as the Washington Nationals hosted their first annual Japanese Heritage Day! JETAADC members enjoyed socializing and catching up in Nationals Park and got to see Otani hit a home run to close out the game. JETAADC would like to thank the Embassy of Japan in the USA and the JET Program USA Office for promoting and sharing the event.
