It’s a new year and JETAADC is starting it off right with an exciting 10+ event:
As a 10+ alumni, it’s been a while since you taught in Japan. Have your sushi-making abilities gotten rusty? Did you fail to gain sushi skills in Japan and always regret it? Never even considered learning anything about sushi until you started reading this and now can’t stop thinking about it?
Well then, do we have a treat for you!
Our next JETAADC 10+ Event is a special sushi lesson from one of the top sushi chefs in Washington, DC.
Join us at 12 noon on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at KAZ Sushi Bistro (1915 Eye St, NW, Washington, DC 20006) for a Japanese sushi lesson. This event includes a hands-on sushi roll lesson from Chef Kaz and a lunch consisting of the delicious sushi you make plus a soup, salad, and soft drink. The event will last approximately 2.5 hours.
The sushi lesson costs $25/person. You must sign up and pre-pay by Monday, February 16. This event has a 20 person limit so sign up ASAP.
Registration is limited to 10+ JETAADC alumni and their plus ones. A 10+ alumni is a JETAADC member who left for the JET Program in 2005 or earlier.
Please share this event with anyone you know who is eligible and might be interested in joining us.
