Thanks to the support of JETAA DC, on January 23rd he will open up his home and skills to offer a one-night only event. He’ll be making numerous kinds of ramen throughout the night for people to eat, and he’ll be speaking about the history, traditions and transformations of ramen along with his own personal experience. He’ll also being doing a demonstration on how he makes his very own garlic chili oil (that will make you cry tears of joy) along with a small jar for you to take home.
We will start serving right when the doors open, and then we’ll have the talk a couple of times throughout the night. So, come when you can and leave when you want. Hope to see you there!
