JETAADC and the Laurasian Institute’s Kakehashi Project are teaming up to provide a wonderful night for the Project’s participants. The informal dinner will be with a group of 80 Okinawan students who are visiting various U.S. cities. This is an excellent opportunity to interact with Japanese students and apply those skills we learned as ALTs to make them feel comfortable in the U.S. Hopefully, we may also show the schools how JET alumni are still passionate and remain involved after we return to our home country!
