It’s that time again to start thinking about next springtime’s JASW Sakura Matsuri street festival. JETAADC has participated over the years with our own tent and educational children’s activities. Last year JETAADC was tapped to lead the Children’s Corner. This year they are once again looking for a genki individual or pair who are interested in getting more involved with the behind-the-scenes organizing and planning for the Children’s Corner.
Below is the list of planned Sakura Matsuri Chairs & Sub-chair meetings (Meeting dates are subject to change).

Friday, December 10: First SM Meeting for Chairs
Wednesday, January 12: for Chairs
Sunday, January 23: Offsite Team Building Meeting at Marc’s Party Room for Chairs & Sub-chairs
Friday, February 4: for Chairs & Sub-chairs
February 14-25: Individual Committee Meetings
Wednesday, March 2: for Chairs & Sub-chairs
Wednesday, March 23: Volunteer Orientation-separate meetings will be scheduled for Matsuri Market, Logistics, and Performing Arts
Saturday, March 26: Onsite Meeting
Wednesday, April 6: Final Meeting
Saturday, April 9: SAKURA MATSURI
