“JICA is the Japanese government’s bilateral aid agency offering support to developing countries for their efforts on inclusive and dynamic development through social and economic development programs that promote human security. We extend grant, loan and technical assistance to over 150 developing countries and have offices in over 90 countries. The JICA USA Office functions as the liaison, information gathering and outreach arm of our agency to the international development community based in the United States.”
