JETAA Karaoke at JCAW Shinshun Matsuri

The Japan Commerce Association of Washington (JCAW) will host its annual New Year’s Matsuri on Sunday, January 29, 2012. Click here to see the flier for more information on the event.

The main stage will feature three JETAA DC members in a Karaoke Sing-Off at 1:20! In addition to the many JET Alumni that will be volunteering throughout the day.We hope to see you there!

This will be the third year JETAADC works collaboratively with the JCAW on their Shinshun Matsuri. In 2011, we participated in the karaoke competition and in 2010, we submitted our photo exhibit, “Japan Through Our Eyes.” The Japan Commerce Association of Washington (JCAW) was started in 1988 and has grown to over 500 members that represent the Japanese business community in Washington, DC. Their activities involve the planning and promotion of exchange in education, culture, and business.
