About JETAADC

The JET Alumni Association of Washington, DC (JETAADC) welcomes all former and current participants of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program – as well as friends of JET – residing in the greater Washington, DC area. We are the oldest chapter in the nation and, with over 500 members, we are also one of the largest and most active.

JETAADC is the place to…

  • Keep up with the latest news with JET participants from the DC area and catch up with fellow JET alumni.

reach out.

  • Engage in the conversation about Japan with the local community through our JET Talks series.

realize your potential.

  • Join us at our annual Professional Development Workshop in the fall.

  • Develop transferable professional skills by getting involved in JETAADC leadership (information about running for a JETAADC position is posted in March) or by contributing to the JETAADC blog (contact newsletter@jetaadc.org if interested).
