On 24 January31 January from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm, the Japanese New Year’s Festival co-sponsored by the Japan Commerce Association of Washington, D.C. (JCAW) and the JCAW Foundation, Inc. will be held at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park. There will be four areas where various activities can be enjoyed, such as Performances, Cultural Activities and Games, delicious Japanese festival specialties in the Food Court, and Toys and Sweets for Purchase. JETAADC will be participating in the festival and we are looking for 4-6 volunteers to help us with the Maru-Batsu Game and general children’s games! If you would like to volunteer with JETAADC, please contact volunteer co-chair Jessica <volunteer@jetaadc.org>.
